Based on the cognitive aspects of Bloom's taxonomy the distribution of Odd Semester Exams academic year 2016/2017 does not meet the proportion of balanced questions based on formulation C1 40% C2 20% C3 20% C4 10% C5 5% C6 5%. The results showed that students are better able to answer the National Exams question’s compared with Odd Semester Exams based on the average score of students in answering Odd Semester Exams question’s is higher than the National Exams question. The object of research is a matter of National Exams Class XI Odd Semester Year 2012- 2016 and about UAS coming from 6 schools. Sample test question is 6 class XI MIA amounted to 238 students with cluster sample technique. The method in this research using quantitative descriptive method. Because the significance value <0.05, it can be concluded that the use of Blended Learning with the Quipper School Platform is effective towards students’ learning outcomes in biology class XI MIPA.The research aims to determine the ability of students to answer of National Exam question’s and Odd Semester Exams questions as well as to know the quality of National Exams Class XI Odd Semester Year 2012- 2016 and Odd Semester Exams academic year 2016/2017 based on experiments viewed from the cognitive aspects based on bloom's taxonomy, level of difficultness, distinguishing power, and reliability. The results of hypothesis testing using the T test obtained a significance value of 0.003. Meanwhile, for the data homogeneity test, the results obtained a significance value> 0.05 and it can be concluded that the data has a homogeneous variance. The results of the significance value obtained for the normality of the control class and experimental class data were> 0.05, so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed.
Prerequisite test is carried out before hypothesis testing namely normality and homogeneity data. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the SPSS 16.0 program with the T test at the 5% significance level.
Multiple choice test was used as The instrument to collect data on students’ learning outcomes. The samples obtained were class XI MIPA 5 as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 4 as the control class. Meanwhile, the samples were two classes randomly taking from five classes. The population of the study was all students of class XI MIPA SMAN 2 Selong. Type of the study was quasi experimental research. This study was aim to determine the effectiveness of using Blended Learning with the Quipper School Platform towards students’ learning outcomes in biology class XI MIPA.
